Starting Something That Feels Right

I’ve been the one with the camera since I was a teenager. Every family party, holiday, or just a random Tuesday, I’d be the one making sure we had photos to look back on. No one really asked me to. I just couldn’t stand the idea of time passing without something to remember it by.

Now I’m a mom, and somehow that pull feels even stronger.

The Keepsake Lens grew out of that part of me. The part that wants to hold onto the little moments before they slip away. The everyday stuff that makes up a life: the way your kid holds your hand, the chaos of a birthday party, a quiet hug with someone you love.

I started this blog to give a little more space to that. It’s where I’ll share what I’m working on, stories from photo sessions, and bits of what it’s like building a business with a baby in my arms. It won’t be polished all the time, but that’s kind of the point. Life isn’t polished either.

Thanks for being here. Whether you’re a friend, a client, or someone new…I’m glad you found your way to this space. I hope something here resonates with you.
